Statistics and market analyses

  • Recruitment reports from LMC G2 will provide the necessary data for you to evaluate the efficiency of your recruitment processes.
  • Based on the data from single reports, the following can be analysed: efficiency of used sources, numbers of candidates in single levels of selection procedure, or number of given vs accepted offers and eventual leavings of employees in the probation period, etc.
  • The reports are generally arranged so that the data of vacancies of single recruiters, resp. consultants may be compared.

1. Views and Replies From Online Sources

  • Analysis of reactions to advertised vacancies, evaluation of attractiveness of both vacancies and entire recruitment campaigns

2. Sources used for Candidate Replies

  • Recruitment sources of candidate replies to vacancies
  • Success rate of chosen recruitment sources

3. Sources used for Hires

  • Sources of replies from successful candidates who passed to the final level of the selection procedure and were hired by you for the specific positions

4. Why Candidates Were Eliminated From the Recruitment Process

  • Specific reasons for cancelling the interviews, rejecting the candidates, or cancelling the offers or even hires

5. Conversion Ratio

  • Course of the whole recruitment process starting from the first candidate response to the end of the selection procedure and hire of chosen candidates

6. Acceptance Ratio

  • Number of hires compared to number of offers including the entire history of vacancies to the moment of generating of this report

7. Stability Index in Probation Period

  • Number of employees who stay with the company after the probation period

8. Time To Hire

  • Both “Time To Fill” and “Time To Start”, i.e. total time needed for filling of the position and for actual start of candidate's work

9. Reaction Times During Recruitment

  • Average time in calendar days to the first contact with candidate, to the invitation to an interview, to the first offer

10. Action Coefficient

  • Extent to which your company uses the LMC G2 application and efficiency of work with it
